Process for NDIS & SAH funded products

Our podiatrist identifies and discusses with you the required products to improve your mobility, independence and decrease the risk of falls, injuries and infections.

Our office will submit the product request to your Coordinator for approval. This process may take several weeks and you may need to follow this up with your Coordinator.

Once we have received the approval from your Coordinator via email, our podiatrist will order your products.

Our Podiatrist will fit you with your approved products at your next scheduled podiatry appointment. Please note it may take several weeks from consultation to fitting of your products.

Foot health products FAQs

What kinds of foot health products do you offer?

We stock a wide range of podiatry-approved products designed to support foot health, comfort and mobility. This includes orthotic-friendly footwear, creams and balms, toe props, offloading paddings, heel cups, nail and skin care items, compression wear and more.

Can I purchase products without seeing a podiatrist?

Yes, you’re welcome to walk into our clinic and purchase items directly. However, for the best outcome, we recommend booking an appointment with a podiatrist to ensure the product suits your specific needs.

Do I need a prescription to buy foot health products?

Most products don’t require a prescription, but for items being funded under Support at Home or NDIS, prior approval is required.

Can my Support at Home or NDIS funding cover these products?

Yes, in many cases, your funding can cover the cost of clinically recommended products. However, pre-approval is required. Our team can guide you through the process and provide the necessary documentation to submit to your provider.

How do I know which product is right for me?

Our qualified podiatrists can assess your feet, identify your unique requirements, and recommend the most appropriate product. This ensures better comfort, safety, and long-term benefit—particularly for people with chronic conditions or reduced mobility.
