You can walk into our clinic to purchase these items or book an appointment with the podiatrist to be specially recommended and fitted with the correct product.
For Support at Home and NDIS patients prior approval is required for the purchase of these products through government funding.
Our podiatrists can assess your feet and prepare a recommendations report for approval of these products.

Process for NDIS & SAH funded products

Our podiatrist identifies and discusses with you the required products to improve your mobility, independence and decrease the risk of falls, injuries and infections.

Our office will submit the product request to your Coordinator for approval. This process may take several weeks and you may need to follow this up with your Coordinator.

Once we have received the approval from your Coordinator via email, our podiatrist will order your products.

Our Podiatrist will fit you with your approved products at your next scheduled podiatry appointment. Please note it may take several weeks from consultation to fitting of your products.

Most products don’t require a prescription, but for items being funded under Support at Home or NDIS, prior approval is required.
Yes, in many cases, your funding can cover the cost of clinically recommended products. However, pre-approval is required. Our team can guide you through the process and provide the necessary documentation to submit to your provider.
